Had a pleasant stay nice staff Good location . Good Breakfast couldn't try other food as it was not Halal meat.

The stay was very pleasant, the staff was very helpful in shifting the luggage. The room was decent clean and bathroom was clean too. We got good hot water for bath which never happens in most of the hotels. Our stay was a short stay but it was good and worth the price.

Poor room condition, bad bathroom, not clean and damaged condition. No wifi, didn't provide clean towels. They assigned isolated room to a female solo traveller next to men having party and drinks. People were causing ruckus at night, trying to open other people's hotel rooms. It was not safe, very poor condition, staff didn't try to solve the situation and due to no windows, it was had a strong smell of smoke.

Food was not tasty at all. Room service was slow not good. They have even not having a thermos to keep the warm till it comes to room.

Recommended. Hotel is good. staff is friendly. location is easily accessible. Rooms were small. However they upgraded on additional charges. Room doors have issue as outside light comes in.
